For those who've served — and the families who serve alongside them — care from your own private space, with a provider who listens rather than rushes, can make all the difference. Sheilah offers psychiatric evaluations and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma-related concerns, with an unhurried, respectful approach built over 36 years in healthcare.

Telehealth also reaches the outlying stretches of El Paso County and the Pikes Peak region, where the nearest psychiatric provider can be a long drive.

## Honest about how this works — and what it costs

New Leaf is telehealth-only; there's no Colorado Springs office. Sheilah is licensed in Colorado (#C-APN.0101167-C-NP) and sees patients by secure video, and you'll need to be physically located in Colorado at appointment time. New Leaf is a private-pay practice — we don't bill insurance. Rates are published on the Rates & payment page, and payment is due at the time of the visit. (If you have TRICARE or VA benefits, ask how private-pay psychiatric care can fit alongside them.)
