You'll know what you're paying for before the visit — every time.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

$325

45–60 minutes · virtual

A thorough first visit: history, current concerns, honest impressions, and a clear plan you understand before you leave.

Standard Follow-Up Visit

$150

15–30 minutes · virtual

Recommended every 3 months.

Medication Refill

$75

Monthly · virtual

No appointment needed for monthly medication refills.

Payment 

New Leaf is a private-pay practice. We don't bill insurance, which means no network restrictions, no prior authorizations, and no surprise coverage denials — you know the cost of every visit before you book. Payment is due at the time of service.

If you'd like a written estimate of expected costs before you begin, just ask us for a Good Faith Estimate.

Cancellation policy 

24-hour notice — or a $100 no-show fee applies.

We hold your time for you. Please give us as much notice as you can.
